If its on the way out! I can't think of a better way to send its on its way out!!!!...Lets say the last 1,000 LS7 of the assy line go into a Super ZL1Limited production Camaro (kind-a like the '96 Corvette grandsport)....Sounds like a good plan to me!!!! as long as Im on the list to buy one

That would have worse markup numbers than the Challenger SRT8. We'd be looking at $60k Camaros!

It's a great idea, and I love that LS7, but there's just no way that the LS7 will make it to the Camaro.

Expect an amazing Gen. V motor, though.

No doubt, It would be expensive, and the dealers would mark them way over invoice, cuz it would be an instant collectors cars....But its fun to dream!

You might be right about a Next gen Motor, but it dosen't carry the weight off a 427 under the hood! Thats OLD SCHOOL ALL THE WAY!!!...Can i get an AMEN!!!

LS7 PLUS HOLDEN HAS ALREADY USED IT ON THE SAME PLATFORM!!!!! so there ya go. zl1:gt500 killer...... and also photo shoppers out there, feel free to illustrate just remember a blue bowtie lol
I'm one of the biggest advocates of a LS7 in a ZL1 Camaro, but I know its about as likely as the SS being sold for $24 000: it would be nice but its just a little bit out of reach.

At that pricing, we could get a ZL1 for under $30k.

I was referring to the post that had mentioned a Z28 above it. I'm saying to stay on track and within the topic of the post.

You guys are getting me started on thinking about my absolute biggest request from GM which is to give us a ZL1. This is definitely gonna drive me nuts until the day GM decides to make another UBER camaro.

^I want a ZL1 as bad as Radz wants a Z28. Thats alot!!!lol

Super Camaro?

LS9
deleted accessories
lexan glass
solid rear axle (built 12-bolt because a 9" or Dana 60s or any hybrids are not allowable)
'Glide
5.30 gears
lighweight wheels and slicks

I think that would be pretty super. I wouldn't want to drive that car every day, but that'll rip up some tarmac.
