Sorry about your bad luck! I had my camaro sitting at the dealer for 12 days straight while my heater core took a crap. I ACTUALLY got my camaro back cleaner then I left it ha! They detailed my car for me but I'm still trying to work out the anti-freeze smell in my car hopefully it will leave shortly. They fixed a few parts for me and they called in a glass specialist to cut the windshield out so it didn't get damaged and the airbag coil got damaged apparently when they took out my dash but they replaced the part under warranty also so I was happy! I visited their service department 35-40 times so they will treat me nice and take care of my car.

Ah yes that pulley wobble was annoying to get fixed. Anyway, I stood right behind the tech and he gave me a detailed explanation of everything he was doing. If you have any warranty work that's not major, I suggest you stick around to see everything that goes on if you can.

I took mine in yesterday cause the felt where the windows are starting to scratch leave marks at the bottom luckly he said not scratches but gonna replace them for me, when he took the car back so the mechanic can take a look i told him DONT wash it, last time they washed it they scratched the sh!t out of from those plastic brushes when car lott monkeys wash them. took me 3 days to fully buff and detail it, thats black for ya lol, now just have to wait for them so they can be installed and trust me i'll be watching like a hawk!

Yep my car will be at the dealer a third day tomorrow for a nice pencil eraser sized gouge they put in my bumper while doing an oil change. #$$%! I was supposed to pick it up tonight but the service tech called right before I was about to leave, he asked for another day to as the paint match didnt appear to be exact. Ahi carumba, they best get it right.

If the carpet pad is wet with coolant and it was not replaced when they did the heater core, the smell will never go away. Call and ask them if they replaced the padding. I bet the answer is no.

Chevrolet called me today about my less than satified comment regarding my last service call. The repair is less than optimal... You can see the black plastic through the thin layer of paint they put on and there is a run under it too. They are concern and will be talking to the dealer.

God help us with dealer work, I've had mucho issues over the years. They can't seem to get my 1SS wheel replaced correctly. The new rim for the front is unpainted, black primer on the inside not silver painted like the originals. They are replacing the other 3 after ordering 2 wheels that won't match.
