my oh my.. L99 burnout with yank torque converter installed

wish I had a video.. well today I put my yank converter in and my SW headers back system... burnouts... well just hammer it and you get all of first, stutter (rev limiter lol) then ALL of second.

needless to say that's all this bad boy needed to be unreal.. I have more for it when I get the time again... but man, now I don't miss driving my modded 02's around too much..

I will try to get a video if I can some time.

So basically it's the stock tranny holding some of these guys back? Could some tuning
on the stock tranny help out these auto guys?

not the tranny itself, the torque converter is and always will be the biggest bang for the $$ for any auto car...

A TC will of course indeed wake up any automatic but a tune will turn off torque managment and will for sure wake this car up as well.

I tuned out all the TM and changed a few things a week or two ago.. it helped but wasn't impressive... now THIS and the exhaust.. the car is now impressive.. Yank 3600, most will want the 3200, but I am used to converters, and this isn't all that bad really.

Sweet deal.. I have the Yank 3600 in my 08 RWD TBSS and that is a BAD ASS converter. Most def makes a night and day difference in the vehicle.
