chirping noise of sorts from rear seat area

I have noticed a electronic chirping noise from rear passenger area in car, not good w/ explaining it.. does not do it all the time.. but when it does it sounds sort of like real quick electronic noises but faint..like something electronic running.

Silver,

I had a similar noise in mine, and found if the passenger seat is all the way back against the stops, it will make a chirping noise occasionally. It sounded like it was coming from the rear seat area.

I moved the seat up one notch and did not have the problem again.

Hope this helps.
