There are so many factors that go into which cars are being pulled and built...... We can all guess but every situation is different. Yours got pulled and is on its way.... better than being at 1100 I say.....

I really do not care if it takes another month or so before delivery. We have waited this long for a Camaro- so what does it matter that we have to wait? Anyhow- I will be out of the USA from May 8- May 17. I do NOT want my car sitting at the dealership waiting for me to get back in town. So... Chevy--- keep my baby on the train until after May 17! Soon, very soon--- I will be driving a CGM SS2, RS, with sunroof and black rally stripe package.

shnomac, I wanted to ask when you ordered your Camaro? If it was January or Feburary I don't think yours will be coming in May.

Its not that he did'nt tell you the truth, its just that they are not at normal production levels yet in terms of how soon they can produce your car after the order goes in. They have to product somthing like 18,000 cars for orders that were already sold and to provide some stock to the dealers before they get to yours. Those cars have to be built before yours will (generally speaking). Once they get caught up 6-8 weeks might be the correct figure.

I talked to my Dealers Sales Mgr. yesterday and he told me that my Camaro should be delivered by the end of May. Am I deaming that this will happen....only!!

My car is considered a current event: 3000 Accepted by Production Control. Priority:2 What does all this mean?
