Smile New guy in FWB

Hey everybody, been lurking around here learning TONS from you guys and went ahead and decided to make an account. Originally from Chicago but am stationed in NW Florida, lovin' that weather! Always been always will be a Camaro guy, Fords can suck it (there are a couple insane mustangs around that I can respect though lol). I've owned my '94 Z/28 for almost 9 years now and love every minute of it, even with the '10 2SS I currently drive the old girl still has some magic left in her. Anyways, here's some pics of the SS (don't have any pics of the Z on this computer, will update later), and looking forward to learning more and more from you all and contributing where I can!

Literally JUST got the taillights/sidemarkers smoked, and am in the process of installing the Dark Argent Heritage grille and black lower grille. I'm not a huge fan of that much chrome lol

Thanks! What are you getting done? I work nights so she tends to be parked during the day most days, but I go to Cars and Coffee every 2nd Saturday of the month at Santa Rosa mall. There's usually a huge turnout and some real nice cars. You know of any other meets in our area?

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands, girlfirends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

No sir, thank YOU! Everyone always thanks us for our service, especially around Veteran's Day and Memorial Day, but it's those that support us that need to be thanked. Too many asshats around and innocent soldiers and civilians dying on our own soil because some people hate us and hate everything we stand for (kind of ironic eh?) but it's you guys, the ones that support us and give us the will to keep going, silent or not, that really make the difference. Enjoy your Memorial Weekend and take some time out of the BBQs and parties to remember our fallen brothers and sisters, they are whom this holiday is really for.

Whoah sorry for the novel. Anyway, here is what she looks like now (took all that gawdy chrome off ). Sorry for the potato, had to use my cell phone.

I've poked around ECC a little and haven't seen much locally in the Fort Walton Beach/Panama City/Pensacola area other than Cars and Coffee FWB every month which I already go to. I'd like to find one or two more gatherings to fill out my time and see what's out there .

welcome to the show!
nothing wrong with driving the old girl around.
I got a lot of respect with my 94 z/28 considering I owned it for 20 years.
so much fun to break the a$$ end loose.
