Wix 57060XP oil filter
just ordered this on line, after ordering it the site said it wouldn't work with my L99, yet when I go to the Wix site it says it will. I know it is overkill going with the xp but figured wanted the best. am I ok? if not I think I can still cancel the order if need be. is the filter for the Ls3 and the L99 the same?

Amsoil website shows the 57060 to be the correct filter.

I think some of the confusion is because it is a newer filter I have found multiple sites that are reputable that say it is for my engine so pretty sure It is ok. the 57060 is the regular filter, the 57060XP is more for extreme conditions and is for synthetic oils specifically or at least that is how I am reading it. I live in a mountainous region so this filter probably matches my environment better.

Wix are excellent filters. Used em for years. Found em when I used to service diesel engines. Pretty much top dog in the diesel world. Oh yeah, and thats the right size.
