Well that’s new.
Yesterday was a beautiful day, a little chilly (62) but sunny so it seemed like a great top down day. The vert had been in a parking garage for 4 days (maybe she was mad at me). I release the lever and push the button and it moves back about 6 inches and stops. It does it 2 more times with the same results. I give up. It’s a 14 that I’ve had a few leak issues with but nothing else. I’ve read they don’t like the cold but 61? Is there some lubing I should do?

Yes, get some convertible top electric motor lube. I know they have it at the dealership. Local parts stores might also have it.

Not to pile on but Vegas and Supreme are right. I basically had the dealer mechanic give me a crash course on this when I bought it. They really should "add it" to the maintenance list. Good luck. You should be OK.
