2014 SS RS , has been to dealer three times for this problem while under warranty. They replaced right side lift cylinder last time , that lasted for a season but was probably not the root cause. The top not secure message comes on after the car is turned off and then restarted if driven even a short distance with the top down. To remedy the top control switch must be pressed to run motor down .(even though it is already down.) This is annoying because the switch won’t run top motor unless vehicle is stopped. I’m not wanting to return to the dealership since they were not able to repair while under warranty. Please help if you have had this problem and cured it.
