Vararam Intake - screws for MAF?

I picked up a used Vararam intake, but the guy did not include the screws for the MAF that hold it in place. Does anybody happen to know what size they are so I can grab some at the hardware store? I tried the OEM screws but they don't work.

Probably too late, but 4-40 x 1/2" nylon came with my Vararam.

EDIT: See below...the correct size is 6-32 x 1/2" nylon thumb-screw...I suck!

Oh - I forgot to mention that the Vararam-supplied screws are thumb-screw style which makes them a bit easier to install. And they are very easy to break. So far I haven't broken mine, but others have reported doing it. I imagine that metal screws could be used w/o issue.

Weird. I tried 4-40 x 1/2" but they were way too small. Back to the drawing board.

Maybe the previous owner stripped out the inserts??? Can you post a pic? I'll pull one of my screws again and double-check.

CRAP! I don't know why I thought it was a 4-40. It's a 6-32 x 1/2" nylon thumb-screw. Sorry about that...

Are those screws the same size for the V8 screws?

Not sure. might want to check in the V8 section if you haven't already. Also, disregard the PM I sent you - I didn't see this thread before sending it.
