After having this intake on the car for some years, the foam surround separated from the intake body.

I called Vararam, talked to Steve, and he said he would send me a new one. Great support and service!

I'm just Joe-customer to Vararam. Have you tried calling?

They have also sent me free replacements for a few minor things...but that's been a year or two.

Love my VR.

No charge? Mine is doing the same thing. I was going to try strong rubbers cement. Does the new strip just have a sticky back? If that's the case I'll just glue it myself. Mine sticks to the hood when I open it, and will probably just get pulled off again.

They didn't just send a new foam piece.
