Well, I thought I'd start one since I couldn't find one for our colors. I doubt it'll be a large thread, seeing as the color is limited and, judging by a lot of posts on here, not too popular, but ah well.

Show some purple love!

Here's mine, from the day I picked her up at the dealership until today, fresh from Big Worms Graphics and Spunky Joe's Tint Shop!

Nice car tattoo.

The color looks good especially after seeing the shots of your car.
Picture 2 doesn't even look like a purple. Anyway. Enjoy the ride and good luck with it.

So my gal and I were out having coffee, I told her about this car at one of the dealers. We went to the dealer to see it and she said "I like it" So we started talking to a sales person and guess what--------we have it and she loves it.

So the first pic was at the stealership, they did the stripes (local shop) and really killed the car. She and I talked and the stripes would have to go!

The second pic was after we got it home and we had her wheels put on (we took them off the old camaro- 2013 ls). The stripes were taken off by the same people that put them on

. She loves it!!!!
we may look into some stripes, we saw one that had ashen grey "SS style" on one that looked really good. But she also likes plain------- so we are up in the air on that.

Adam Barry, Senior Creative Manager of the Camaro made mention that he originally designed the Deep Magenta Metallic to be meant for as a color for the 1LE but GM denied it and made the color for all variations other than the 1LE. He carries with him a design sketch of the 1LE in Deep Magenta Metallic with him the shows that he attends waiting to find a DMM with the 1LE trim and upgrades so he can give that limited concept sketch to the owner. I try to follow as much as I can on all of his Camaro work since 2011 and had never seen that design for the 1LE until Camaro5Fest in Houston and he showed it to me and gosh I wish it had been available as a 1LE option.

So just for those out there that are looking into customizing their DMM but don't know what to do, aim for the 1LE ground effects, black spoiler, black 10 spoke 1LE/ZL1 wheels and add the 2010 Indianapolis Pace Car rally stripes in matte black and you will have the original 1LE design concept that Adam Barry pushed to produce.

If it had been available, I definitely would have went with the 1LE on mine. Sadly I had to choose one or the other, so I decided to go with the Magenta and a little lower payments. I am looking to add the 1LE suspension package however. Not sure about the other stuff yet.
Definitely plan to get rid of all the chrome and go with matte black!

Nice looking car! That's the first V8 in magenta I've seen.

It would look awesome with a set of black 10 spoke wheels to match your stripe package.
