They aren't done yet. The back of the projector wont really.stick out further than stock and the OEM gasket and the projector.has a gasket on it as well. Im not worried about it at all. Im hoping.to have.everything wrapped up tonight and install them on the car tomorow evening. Thought I could get.out of work for a week but when you work for family that doesn't happen.

I have 5k HID's in my Eagle Eyes. The 4300k are more natural yellow white tint. The 5000k are perfect just a hint of yellow with more white. 6000k looks WHITE no yellow at all with a hint of light bluish-purple. I noticed a pretty good difference from 4300k to 5000k.

And OP, you got some balls cutting up your headlights. Awesome. Can't wait to see the finished product!

I have been cutting up headlights for years. I had balls when I replaced projectors on a murcielago. I put bixenon FX-R in it. I took like 2 weeks on that one because I didnt wanna break anything or loose a little bracket or something. I do this 5 or 6 times a month. I wish I didnt loose the pics of the elise I did. I painted everything lime green which was the color of the car. It sounds ugly but it was sic looking. I have done another supra besides mine and tons of hondas. I even did my old plow headlights with twin FX-R. Im gonna miss that this winter.

They actually stick out less than the stock bulb when its plugged in.

And there is a rubber gasket on each side of the bulb and the stock rubber gasket goes over the reflector just like it was stock.

Had to do some more trimming to the shroud so I had to repaint it but here is the basic idea of what it is going to look like when its completed.

Once the paint is dry on the shrouds I will epoxy the halos to them then epoxy the shrouds to the projectors then throw on the lenses hang them over the humidifier to check for leaks then install them on the car. I dont think it will all happen tonight but I will have the lights ready to install tonight.

Wow, that cutoff line is crisp as hell. Makes me want to change my projectors! Very clean bro, very clean.

So tomorow I gotta head to work for a little bit and put a couple salters on and replace a hydro line on a plow and hopefully thats it then all I need to do is bolt on the lights and front bumper and wait til dark if its nice out. Then hit up a couple car washes. I dont usually car wash but its the worst case scenario to make sure the lenses dont fog up.

I also wanted the parking light to only light up when it was signaling a turn. The halos will be parking lights. So I cut the tab off the bulb that works the dim filament so I didnt cut any factory wires and if I ever want to go back I just need to install a new bulb.
