This is some serious brand loyalty, buying practically the same car anew every other year

I once had two of these. At the same time. I was looking for the 5.0L version but could only find a 2.3T, so I bought it. A few weeks later a 5.0L popped up so I bought that one too. And I was working for GM at the time. I guess I was destined to work in Competitor Intelligence.

But, back to Mike’s car… I can see it in this case, because the Panther will be a kick-ass car as well as a statement. The best of the last of a dying breed. And being serial #1?!? Bonus!

They say nothing happens by accident for a reason

truth, no arguing that. I personally don't think GM deserves such loyalty at this point, yet it is still very respectable. Making memories with what life affords one, right?

Why not My feelings aren't hurt they're going electric. I had a blast in the Hummer Edition One while I had it and have a Blazer SS reservation too. Companies adapt as times change to remain successful. Could debate that all day long but it really makes no difference to me either way. The market will dictate which one sells and for what application.

Ordered a 5th Gen in Oct 2018, had 15 years of fun and made lifelong friends along the way. And if you look back I've only purchased a new one when there was a new model or upgrade to the previous. Now as things come to an end it's a little different so I might as well have some more fun with a limited run car that I think will look very nice. Being able to have a dedicated road track and straight-line car will be nice too. I might get to drive the 2024 a lot more too.

That's one you should have hung on to..

I actually got to tour the GM facility where they tear down other manufacturers cars. Very interesting to see the depths they go to get an advantage. And now I know why these cars all start to look alike.

I'm still confused...unless the lighting is playing tricks on my eyes, that's a Red Hot ZLE loaded on your trailer in a post in the Camarofest section. Surely you didn't trade the Crush ZLE!!

Ha Ha... no I haven't purchased a Camaro in almost 5 years now. Crush will stay in my garage for sure. This Panther car will go before it will.

Ok, that's crazy! I also got something similar to yours because I was planning on ordering a 2024 CE LT1 or SS for my wife. Thankfully, it's still fitting for the 2023 we're getting instead.

Hope they get to the 200 pre-orders because I ordered the same background too!

Should see this new plate style 1st week or two in December. Probably just in time for mine.

Thanks... I hope to see a VIN this week.

Fingers crossed TPW is still 10/23 and it's 3400 broadcast already.

Do you have to/want to wait until delivery to find out what number it will be?
