Will 19 inch rims clear the ss brembos
Now I know I have aftermarket rims Lexani r3s 19x8.5 all the way around but I think it would be the same but I really want to upgrade to the brembos and was wondering if they would clear?

I have 19" cheapo wheels for my storage wheels. They clear my Brembos just fine.

You should be good to clear. Remember Z/28 wheels are 19" and their brakes are massive.
