I have both front and rear valve stem on my niche wheels. Just had the rears installed reverse and no problems

I was checking for a friend that bought a set that has an issue similar niche wheels with guessing the same hole issue ,checked my ccw 16a set last night no issues for me Phew! good spot they used for location
