In all seriousness, GM stopped giving out manual covers/holders somewhere between 2003 and 2007...my Envoy has a leather case, my Malibu has...a plastic bag.

I got a holder from my dealer, it is like a plasticy/vynil thing, but it holds all the books so thats cool by me!

My came with one supplied by my dealer, nothing fancy just a plastic holder with dealership name and business cards and manuals inside.

Mine came in a zip lock bag with clear stripes.

Dang, Mine came in a soft leather case with a zipper pouch for the service reciepts. I think it was a dealer thing though. Cause when they pulled it out of the manilla envelope it was naked!

My dealer supplied a nice cover that will hold the owner's manual and all other paper work. They've supplied it with every vehicle I have purchased from them.

When I got my old vette it came with a binder and tire guage, and a bunch of goodies.

It has been said that GM can save 2.3 million a year by not producing said folders/holders, etc.

I just bought a cadillac CTS. Everything was handed to me in a ziploc bag. I expect the Camaro to be similar.
