I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FRONT OF THE SS!!! I DO NOT LIKE IT!! its not tough or anything...just bulky!!! and the grill just tops it off....the front of the SS should be like the concept/RS v6 ones...those are sleeker and more attractive in my opinion.... i dont like it at all....im gonna go buy a v6 bumper and put it on there, or tell them to do it at the factory!!

That damn black 'MARO looks good even without the HID lights. I like the bottom bumper cuz then you can tell who's driving a V6 and who's pushin' the V8. Also show that the bigger engine requires a bigger lower bumper!! I LOVE IT!!

come on people....that sound you hear is not even a V8. Its the vehicle that the person taking the video is in. It sounds like crap.

It didn't look like the person taking the video was in a car. I thought they were walking around it?

When I first saw it I felt this way and it's not changed one bit.

But I'm hopeful this is just a bogus test mule part like the headlights and taillights.
Yep, what he said. Agree 100%!

Generally I'd agree that black loses definition. But not in this instance.

In the silver SS pic it's not particularly good quality. You can't see the grille itself. THAT is why it looks good in the Silver pic.

You see the entire grille in the black pic, and it's ugly.

I have no doubt that we will all have the ability to change it out to several different styles from both GM parts and aftermarket. All will be happy with both upper and lower grill design availability. I'd rather have that problem then what I will have to do to get rid of the KITT car mail slot on my future car.

i love this car!!!! i was hoping for a green car with green interior ambient lighting, but a red/blue/silver (maybe all three for a Patriotic scheme?) with blue interior lighting and that sweet HUD that is in one of the interior pics will be amazing!!! i can't wait to test drive one of these puppies...

Nope. It's a bad photo with a crappy camera. It shows no detail on the lower grille, so when people originally saw it they assumed it looked nice and lulled themselves into a false sense of approval. Now we know better because we saw the black one in better detail.

I honestly like the lower v8 grill. But for those who don't this should be one of the easiest mods you can do and will simultaniosly make your car unique. Look at all the different grills you see in the 4th gens, people swap them all the time. I don't mean any disrespect it just seems like some of us have been dragging this complaint out.
