ECM been changed? Odo reading ---

Is there a way to tell if the ECM in my car isn't the one that came with it from the factory?

Im chasing an issue with my odometer and tripometer not reading anything (---). I was thinking it was the bcm but its been flashed and still no odometer reading.

Any ideas or what else to check for?

The car went from an auto to a full manual valve body. Since its been re-tuned to the trans and engine setup, everything works great now except the odometer and tripometer doesn't work, some interior lighting its working and the sunroof isn't working now either. BCM has been flashed and most of the lights on the interior came back but not all. Sunroof still doesn't work.

Everything else works fine tho, which is the confusing part for me.
