This is the one from my old LLT. I had to rebuild it once, and I think some of the clutches are going out again. It was fine until we hit it will 725 ft-lb of torque (at the wheels, over 900 at the crank), then I started having problems.

The differential has held up very well, though.

Well I don't plan on getting that crazy lol, how many passes would you say you made in your LFX Camaro if you had to guess?

Probably around 50 on this motor. We probably did a similar number of dyno pulls.

Before you sell it you gotta track it and see what the 1/4 time mile is... unless you did that at the current power levels. If you did I never saw the times

+1

Since your moving on to a Z06, you should post some of your timeslips up so we can all see them in the future. I don't think I've ever seen any of them just your time on the fast list from when you blew your motor.

edit: actually did some looking back and found some on page 39, not 1/4 mile slips but don't know how I don't remember that. Gonna have to reread this whole thread!

I won't have time to take it to the track again. I just started a new job so no time off for a while. I'll see if I can dig up my old slips (just moved and lots of things are still in boxes). The best ones have been posted on this thread I think, so you can dig around if you don't want to wait on me. In a nutshell:

1) Running ~7s in 1/8th (would be ~6.8s if it weren't for the throttle not opening all the way) at about 103-105 MPH
2) Running ~9.1 in the 1000' ft at around 115-117 MPH
3) Haven't had it back to the 1/4 mile, but just extrapolating out it should run at least 10.7x at around 129-131 MPH.

Probably, but it will ride smoother and I my wife is ready to do some HPDS stuff...she is afraid of the Camaro, so that's an improvement.

Well you've definitely set the bar pretty high. It's been fun following your build. Now the fastest V6 Camaros will be nitrous cars.. gonna have to fix that! Lol

Yeah, or you could do nitrous, too.
