Shades of Death Rd

Thinking of taking a ride through this area. Any members up in NW Jersey ever drive it and/or, Bridgeville, Great Meadow Rds? Looks like fun unless it's a pothole ridden wheel-deathtrap of an area.

It's out there but beware, ghosts haunt the area. Google it.

It's a nice cruising road. Not really a road to let out on, but it good cruising. The biggest thing to be concerned about is cars coming the other direction. Sometimes you can't see them.

Not far from my house, so I will have to take a ride.

If you want a road that is a great drive about an hour away from there...
Take NJ 287 up to NY 87 to 17, then turn on to 17A.

This road goes by the Sterling Forest ski area (where they also have the Renaissance Fair),
up and over and down the mountain, and ends up at Greenwood Lake.
Twists and turns and elevation changes the entire way.

Drive it early in the morning to avoid getting caught behind someone slower.
No passing zones at all.

Thanks for the tip. Trees are still bare so that may help.
