Worked on tapping/plumbing the Pro-Meth twin nozzle kit. I also have their progressive controller and stainless lines.

Dan - Very nice setup! I had to come check it out after you told me the vengeance racing car wasn't yours. Keep up the good work brother! - Jeff

I just received my DSX Aux Pump system on 10 April and I must say I am impressed! The packing for shipment was top notch. The simplicity of the install is due to the level of engineering put into the kit. I was looking at another option for $799 and watched their install video. It is night and day difference with the DSX product. WELL worth the $200 difference in price. DSX will also modify your FPCM file if you send them the base file you can get from HP Tuners if you use their product. Quite a good deal.

It would take a keen eye to spot the wiring for my DSX pump in the engine bay. extremely clean. even the hoses, which are top quality BTW, are labeled on the heat sink. The hardest part of the install may be tapping the fuel tank for the fitting. Which won't be that hard. My car is a 2010 so the hardest part for me may be drilling holes to mount the pump. Later cars already have threaded holes to use - just bolt it up....service and shipping was great too.

Thanks Ted. It has been a long road, but work can be a killer sometimes and family always comes before that car. Could have got a lot done since 12 April, but took the family to the Italian Rivera. They loved it. I will work on the Camaro in earnest this weekend.

Is the tensioner in the lower set of holes on the bracket?

Ted, it is in the upper hole - I reviewed the instructions again and it is installed per the instructions using an M10-1.5 x 120mm bolt. If I use the lower hole the threaded hole that lines up is on the supercharger and that is 3/8-16. There are no other longer bolts in that came in the kit - it would need to be 3/8-16 5.25" to work as I measure it. The diameter of the 3/8 bolt is about .02" less - how would that affect the mounting of the tensioner?

When I sold you this many years ago I provided a new bolt so you can move it to the lower set of holes to get more wind on the tensioner.

If it was misplaced you can just pick up another one.

The way it is now the belt will slip like hell.

Belt routing

I thought I had the same tensioner, but i guess not. Mine pulls up while yours seems to push down. I get much more belt wrap though.
