MSD Manifold:

Hello all, just a quick question! Got my manifold installed and i noticed these 4screws/plugs on the manifold but I dont see the point. Also, I have watched many dyno vids and other 6th gens with the MSD and the holes arent plugged! Any clarification would be greatly appreciated!

Can you reuse the "CAMARO" covers that were there before?

Those are the factory bolts that hold the IM cover on the intake and they have the standoffs to hold the covers over the ignition coils.

I'd like to see a picture of someone that has done an MSD intake with the factory covers on each side.

Yeah those bolts are for the covers, but my shop said the current holes they are in, are required to be plugged, yet no other camaro, that I’ve seen, had those 4 goldfish holes plugged. He stated there was a vacuum leak and that’s why they had to be plugged.
