Congrats on car of the week. A lot of effort has gone into this car as well as finances. It's a gorgeous car.

Ok, so I am new to the 2010 Camaro so bare with me, I am not new to Camaros, not in any sense. I had a 98 Z28 with the LS1 and the T56 6-speed tranny, and I remember those trannys were pretty weak as adding more power to them. I know that GM switched trannys, and they are using a new 6-speed but with all of that power you are putting to it, is the tranny going to hold or do you need to replace some internals? I haven't seen specs yet on the new 6-speeds but I was curious, I haven't seen anyone really touch the internals of the trannys yet. Just curious on everyones thoughts on this.

So far no issues with tranny as axles and driveshafts are the first weak points. I have outlaw racing axles, carbon driveshaft and 35 spline spool in diff. Only time will tell what the limit is, but nobody has had any problems yet.
