I had this problem as well. I had the Vitesse throttle controller and a Vmax ported TB. Got rid of the controller, disconnected the battery and haven't had an issue sense.

I get weird smooth rear end feel in my Camaro also after driving on it hard, Almost the feeling as if the tires are flat kind of feeling, its that kind of a smooth feeling.

Also On Star this last monthly report reported an error with my ABS and Traction Control Systems but I'm getting no lights on the dash, The Dealership wants to keep the car for a days for testing and its my Only vehicle so i dont know what to do at this time, looking here for suggestions.

Had my first ever fault with my Camaro today. After sitting for about i week, and with the outdoor temps at freezing, tired to start the car and really didn't want to turn over. After several seconds, it turned over, but idled roughly. Got the "Service Stabilitrak" alert and a notice to operate my driver and passenger windows (they go auto down, but now do not go auto up).

Thought it was a battery issue, and drove a bit but the rough engine note and decreased power made it clear that it was not a battery issue. After waiting an hour, car started up just fine as if nothing had happened.

Any ideas?

Stabilitrak code

Had this issue happen to me three times already first two times i came to dealer and they could not diagnose it the first time. Second time they gave me some bs about the dialectic grease needing to be redone throughput the connectors and this morning it happened again reduced engine stabilitrak code and all traction ligts came on so i came to dealer and my tech starts to say oh your back i just got a bulletin that leds aftermarket lights are making the code trigger????? Im like what are you talking about? He says yes the added led lights wether they are on or off trigger the malfunction i get pissed and he says let me pull the code.. so he pulls the code and now it states its a throttle body code.. they dont know what is causing this and it seems to trigger different codes for some odd reason. Does anybody know what this is at this point it seems to affect many different years and stock and or modded cars which is the weird part

It's the battery, most likely. Low voltage means poor engine control function.

Before digging into more serious problems, get the battery tested and replaced if necessary.

Hi Guys

Can you tell me what would cause the stabli track light to come on,my car won't start at first.Replaced the battery and it appear everything was fine, only to have replaced it a year ago in 2017.
I drove it for awhile and it was ok,,decided to shut it of and see if it would bring the message on,low and behold it would not start and the stabli track light appears.Could it be sensor that's heating up cause this type of issue, would reprogramming the ECM help in this case.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Our cars sometimes make some ticking noises, hard to really know where they are coming from without digging into the area they are coming from. If it is under the car, I would start by checking all your exhaust pipe and header connections to make sure you don't have a leak. Good luck sir!!

Yes you should use heat sleeves to prevent a melted wire.

JEG or Summit have them.

I run Taylors and headers without issue, The outer coating is silicone and rated to continuous exposure to 600*F.

Random dash lights?

2010 SS - My car randomly will display door open, TC & Stabilitrac lights on. Also, air condition cuts out and windows needs to be reset. Any clues?
