Identification of Dome Light Wire - 2012 Camaro

I am wiring or trying to wire some LED's under the dash. I'm trying to find the grey wire that controls the dome light. I have attached a jpg that shows a grey wire in the Grey conductor as well as what appears to be grey wires in the Pink connector.

Can someone please advise me what grey wire I should be hooking into.

(Hopefully the picture came over with the text.

Thanks
Ted

Yeup, it's the gray wire top right corner next to the orange/back wire I just did this last saturday, works like a charm.

Grey wire in the grey connector.

Put an inline fuse in the new wires that you run from this tap; because nothing's quite as fun as a shorted-out BCM.

Enjoy the free back pain as you tap this wire.

No, but, it will go hot when you manually turn on the dome lamp.

Thank you for this. It helped me out. I had a rough time stripping wire, but I got to attach a nice breakout with an inline fuse.

Stripping the wire ?

Do Not Strip the wire , Use an IDC tap. It is much safer, There is no chance of a short then.
