Doh...almost forgot to say what what we are bringing!
We are checking with Chad on NightOwl possibly being a vendor, but I don't want to set up a vendor booth in the vendor section. I'd like to park up with our group and pop our canopy there if possible. If we can, we have a 10x15 canopy that can be partially used by the group in our cluster of canopies. Either way, we could also bring our 12x12 canopy for use.

Hopefully Scott (skidpuppy) brings his bottle opener/chairs :-)

We'll have our cornhole boards (we can use them this year). We just used them this weekend and they worked pretty good.

I'm fine with do-your-own-food. If someone wants to bring snacks, I think that would be cool to share. Everyone seems to go out for dinner. I think everyone that will be there registered should bring something to share if they can.

Joe, damn good to hear from you!

I think it'll be good to bring your 12x12 pop tent as well.

Any idea what the cutoff is for registration to hold a spot for our group?

It's official...we're a vendor. Working on getting permission to set up the vendor canopy on the side of the ace5 group so we can spend our time with ace5.

Sorry I've been MIA for awhile. So heads-down getting android done, but now that it is done, hopefully we'll have more time. Still been crazy though since releasing our new DRL Halos.

We'll bring both canopies.

What does everyone think about requesting a new spot away from all of the pine trees/sap? I love the spot except for that.

Not sure, but I hear May 12th from one of the
voices in my head.

We haven't established a cut-off date yet. My gut also thinks early-mid May, prob the weekend of the 10th. That should give us time to polish off the parking map.

Maybe one of you with a better memory can think of a place that has some "grass space" (not just on a curb) that we could request from Chad. I like being at the top of the drive up......but we might be able to figure out a better spot

I have an excellent memory. It is just extremely short.

Closer to the road has grassy space, but the same groups have been back there for the past few years I think. And it is further away from the "action". I like the spot, just not the sap.

The old HO parking seemed like a good spot. Only issue is every car that comes and goes drives by so not very good for cornhole ect.
