OK,My tuner emailed me back, his response.....

"I don't think that is related. Those codes pertain to a rear O2 sensor switching slowly"

AFE is the original dry. They pioneered the dry filter gold rush.

AEM makes just about every size and shape of replacement dry filters (cone type).

Tune issue in my opinion Jamie. Combination of larger fuel injectors, long tube diameter and o2 distance from heads.

I might be wrong on those exact tables since its a rear o2 error and not a "forward" fueling o2 error. Thats an odd DTC to throw imo without throwing ones for the forward o2s unless on an LS3 PCM the forward ones are adaptive like a Ford. Dunno, been a while since I've tuned an LSx. Still think its a tune issue tho.

I've always used the "QD Electronics Cleaner" from CDC for MAF cleaning. I've used it on several cars and it's never caused any problems.

Assuming the kit is a direct replacement, it would probably be the easier of the 2 to do. Their are probably some places that would do it if asked, but its alot of labor. Kits i've done in the past always had painted and put on myself, just takes time to learn/know how things line up usually.
The vertical doors seems pretty straight forward as well, just need to trim one peice of metal and have some extra hands from what I have seen on the videos imo.
Where are you from in relation to the city?

thanks

Thanks for the input.. i am going to try and see if the paint shop would help me put the kit on.. however I dont think the lambo door installation would be easy.!
i have no tools and no clue how to do it.. their is a $1200 kit by vertical doors and a $500 kit.. i am not sure which one to buy.!
I live in belleviue which is 20 minutes north of pittsburgh. Please call me on 7735013945 if you can.. would like to discuss more about it.
thanks.!
