When will we see official numbers?

I know spring 2014 is still a few months away but any idea when we might start seeing official numbers like power and weight start trickling out? How about the Ring times?

Power numbers are about right....don't look for some crazy number like 550 or 575, its not gonna happen. Ring times would be out soon I would think. Patience.....

I'm not expecting a huge bump but I'm interested in seeing if the new air intake and tri-y shorties have any noticeable increase.

I've been patient for a long time haha. My patience only lasts so long.

I think patience is wearing thin with some that have been waiting for a Z/28 ever since the 5th gen prototype was first shown, several years is a loooong wait.

There is pretty much a template for this stuff.

C7s just started shipping to dealers this week.

Work back in time and see when they announced HP numbers, FE, etc. They did the same with the Silverado launch. Show the vehicle with some "at leasts" and then trickle out the information to get another article published and then another.

Use the C7 and work backwards. That will tell you about when GM will make the announcements.

From what I can find, the ZL1 Ring time was released in early October 2011, so maybe we will see the Z/28 time in the next week or two.

Your Dealer getting an allocation is the first hurdle any of us wanting to buy has to get over. Price will be the next hurdle. Horsepower and ring times etc will be what they are.... and I'm sure they will be impressive.

I'm not in any position to buy a Z/28. Still finishing school so I'll see where I'm at once they are available. I'm curious in the numbers purely out of my interest in the car.

This. We never even saw spy shots of the Z/28 before the reveal. I'm shocked we haven't heard any leaked numbers.

Akerson's muzzle is feared...and rightly so...

No spy shots? Not necessarily so... It just wasn't "identified", till about a month before...and even then, few "believed"...

What spy shots of the Z/28 were there?
