NASCAR Officals make me sick...

They fined Marcos Ambrose 25 big ones for punching Casey Mears who got a 15K dollar fine, yet NASCAR will use the one punch fight in TV clips to promote there sport.....they've been doing that for years with the fight between Cale Yarborough and Donnie Allison in the 1979 Daytona 500 Race.

BTW, I think Casey Mears got what he deserved, as for Marcos Ambrose he got the typical NASCAR shaft.

I totally agree with you sir. But I also think this is just NASCAR's way of covering their butts. I mean just a few thousand dollars is probably nothing to these drivers and just on probation until the end of May? Sounds like a slap on the wrist to me.

I also believe because of the new penalty system put into play for this season is why these penaltys came down. But Marcos still got it worse for some reason.
