Exclamation So I am just going to say it…

WTF is with some of you who have to respond in a rude manner to a repeated question. So X person asks the “whats the best CAI” so what. What makes you feel you need bash / flame / give the ol’ “do a search” crap. Why have a forum if this is what we do, whats the point really. I can “search” and find almost every topic covered already. I don’t feel the need to flame them or post a "do a search" because there is a tread that covered X topic before.

I enjoy reading "most" ...topics and I might find out something new on another CAI or like repeated topic. Heck, these are all Camaros, how many times do I need to see it in a different color or one with X mod…You’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all right. I however enjoy reading and looking at what people have done, even it has been done before. Is it any different from asking the CAI question again?

I guess its just the computer age and we can hide behind our PCs and not have to face someone while we are rude . But I am sure if they are standing at some Camaro meet in front of you and ask, “hey what CAI did you go with” or "what CAI you think is the best” you won’t scold or tell them to “go do a search”. You don’t need to continue to read or respond to the thread if you don’t like it.

For those who respond to the repeated question with a constructive answer I you, just the few that don’t…have inspired this rant.

And if you don’t like what I just said, I will be right behind my PC…so bring it...

Thanks for your time.
Camaro 5 is still the best site I use…period!

You should focus your energy on sentence structure and grammar. Doing so might be more useful to you in the long run.

I'm sure the mods will agree that having multiple "What's the best CAI" threads is not only a waste of space, but dilutes the threads with the best responses. If everyone diligently searches for the "best CAI" thread and continues adding to it, suddenly you have a single library and discussion with all the pertinent points about CAI, versus 80 threads full of tidbits of info, along with a lot of "shut up and do a search." --a lot of the repeat threads quickly find their way to deletion, for exactly this reason.

Make sense? Dickish threads get dickish responses.

LOL really, sentence structure... I am not looking for an A, just typin.

Ok, granted, and I totally get the too many threads, but let the mods handle it. Responding to the CAI with a "do a search" I feel doesn’t do anyhting. You can say "you can try doing a search on X topic, but here is what I have" and get the point across but still educate them on it nicely. That’s all I am saying.

because people are lazy, and saying "search" is easiest. especially if it's a topic that is talked about a lot. and more than likely, if they go to the correct section of the forum, it'll be on the first page. Perhaps even a sticky.

That is just too funny!!

I try and search alot more now just because it seems to be a quicker way to get my answer. But I don't bash people who ask repetitive questions.

By the way, I think Roto-Fab has the coolest looking stuff out there for CAI. There is a thread that someone did (Jannetty maybe?) that tested many of them and had a lot of useful info. The one thing I remember is that there was not alot of HP gain as some may have thought there would be. I want to say it was because the real gain only comes at elevated HP levels (Such as mine).

It is actually spelled sentence, with an E.

It is spelled with an "e", as in sentence. Not "E" as in sentEnce.

The large E was just to "highlight" the wrong letter...
