Well, the SS didn't get the 7-speed the vette has because according to sources at GM "it didn't fit".

"Acceleration for the ZL1 is delivered with a new supercharged 6.2L V-8 engine estimated at 640 hp (477 kW), and either a six-speed manual transmission with active rev matching or an all-new 10-speed automatic."

This! Seriously man...I've been doing all of this too, although you bring up a good thought--Nurburgring training. I don't have much patience playing Forza 6 (in my LT4 powered C7 Zo6) on Xbox...I should just google earth train like you've done

Bugs me a little that they put the vertical driving lights on the ZL1( Like the Lt), but the SS has the horizontal ones. I know it's kind of petty but I like them better.

I was very satisfied with my SS but when I saw this baby in action I simply fell in love and the wait for me begins at this moment for I will have to wait till the end of next year to acquire one

HBM will look dull like that when it's cloudy out.. Almost takes on the Admiral Blue on C7. Or if it's inside
