Variation on an idea, Engine cover mod - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I thought about modifying my engine cover with screen (as I have seen done on Camaro5), then performing the door light projector project6...when it hit me to do both------in the same project.

This is my engine cover in progress, I still have to get the 1969 "Camaro" script engraved in the finished plexi-glass, then paint the silver portion aqua blue marble. The plexi on there now is a test piece to check the lighting effect.
I have custom hardware (bolt heads and coil pack covers to install yet).

I know its been a while, but I finally had a couple days to tinker with the car and finish the engraving and painting on the engine cover. Went out to its first show today...found ALOT of people want one made. It was a fun project..on to something else now.

Looks good...I modded mine to the storage room in the garage...cheap mod.

I chose that route for the mufflers.LOL.
In 39 years they might be worth something to a restoration of a 2010 camaro hahahahah.
