Starburst Pictures

I've attached plenty of Images of the new car. I've also done few mods to it already. I've painted the brake calipers, painted the front emblem, and put on gill inserts.

It's actually Inferno Orange, it was kind of cloudy and the images are jpeg so that can account for the redness of the car.

I used two different Dupli-Color spray paints. For the black I used "Black Effex" and for the orange I used burnt orange "Metal Specks". I think it turned out really well, the orange matches very well. Tomorrow should be sunny so I'll take some more pictures and get a close up of the bowtie. I intend to do the reverse color combo on the back one, I'm having a little more trouble getting that one off. I've got to go to the store and get stronger fish line for it.

Ummmm..... Looks like IOM to me .....

If you still have the bowtie paint, you should do the same to the engine cover ....

First off nice looking car, Chevy's gold emblem can look nice but often other colors will mesh better.

Well IOM can change a lot depending on the light even when you are looking at it in person, then you have varying color accuracy from the cameras and our monitors, and finally JPG compression introduces further shifts. The JPG compression effect can vary but it can really shift the orange to red a lot more than you would expect, that along with IOM's look varying with the lighting and the other smaller factors can all combine to really confuse things.

I wasn't able to take any pictures today, It's getting dark so early here. The time I get home from work it's pretty much dark out. I'll try to get some close up pics as soon as I can. Even if it is getting darker earlier, it doesn't matter this car is still a blast to drive at night . Maybe I'll take some night shots with the camera.
