Lt2 manifold connection hose

So I was looking at my motor and noticed this , is this normal ? It be having like oil humidity and the hose seems to slippery any suggestions? I have the lt2 intake manifold.

Any pictures? Mostly likely wont get a response from the community unless you show the issue your having to help troubleshoot
