TPW 2/18/13 - Question

I got my TPW of 2/18. I'm leaving the country for a month on 3/8. Is it possible I could get the car before I leave? I have no idea how long it takes to get to me once it is produced.

It is definitely possible. My TPW was 1/21 (It was actually built on 1/23) and the car showed up to the dealer on 1/31 (yesterday). It even had stripes put on, which takes even longer for them to ship. The car was shipped to PA though, so yours could take a little longer to get to Texas. Sometimes they are built and shipped out the next day, just keep checking the status!

There is a guy who also had the TPW of 1/21, and his car should be arriving in Texas on monday (2/4). If that makes you feel any better...

My TPW was 1/7 and the car was delivered to the dealer on 1/23. I think the biggest variable is the shipping, but as long as your car gets built at the beginning of your TPW and there's no delay getting it on the train it could still be possible.

The TPW is just a targeted production week. It usually takes about 6-12 weeks from the time you order it to arrive at the dealership.
