Cargo Net

Anyone use the cargo net that GM sells as an accessory? I was going to get it, but was told it wasn't very useful. Now after having the car for a bit I find myself putting things in the trunk often and then of course they fly all over the trunk while I'm driving. Can someone provide some comments as to the effectiveness of the GM cargo net or if there are any good alternatives?

Thanks

Mine is pretty handy, and I use it to hold smaller things back and also to put cleaning supplies in. Either way they are pretty inexpensive, so basically worth it.

I asked for one when I bought my car and my salesman tossed it in.

My car came with one, and yes I use it all the time for any smaller items that fit in it.

Didn't think I'd use one, but a club member gave me his when he sold his car. Now my spray bottles and towels are in it all the time.

I use mine to keep the cleaning supplies from moving around in the trunk and quick-mart runs (beer, bread, etc.)

I keep rags and cleaning supplies in it all the time. I also have a plastic storage container that stays in the truck all the time for stuff that won't fit into the cargo net.
