Camaro August 2011 Deliveries (actual sales): 6,823
Total Deliveries in 2011: 63,255

Aug 2011 Production Stats:

Camaro Produced in August 2011: 11,147
2012 Model Year Produced Through August 2011: 15,252

Compared to Competition:

Mustang sold 5,718 units in August 2011
Challenger sold 3,159 units in August 2011

There were only 3,159 Challengers made. There were 4,174 Chargers made.

Not sure where you live, but apparently Texas is Camaro country as I can't drive to work without seeing several Camaros. There are a lot of Mustangs and even Challengers as well, so I guess it is simply good to have a pony car in Texas.

More great news. I always like to see more and more sales and am grateful CAMARO has been accepted so widely by the masses. I guess a lot of those reviewers and commentators who complained about so many of the things they think are wrong aren't as significant to the buyer as they sometimes claim.

GO TEAM CAMARO AND KEEP THE IMPROVEMENTS AND MODELS COMING!!!
