Ugh, I was planning on going with the other group because I thought you guys were doing the $250 one. Since you guys are going out to Cars and Coffee again, is it ok if I tag along with you guys? Might as well make a whole day of it.

Here are the latest details for our plans for this Saturday:

Below is the updated details for Saturday.. I received confirmation from Speedway Children's Charities regarding our lap times and lane assignments...

We are to meet in the same parking lot as we did last year AFTER the car show to get ready for our laps under the lights !!!

Here is the latest information for Saturday May 7, 2011 for Lone Star Camaro !!

May 7, 2011 Schedule for all that want to join us !!
...
8:00am - 12:00pm (may leave a little early to go to Fox & Hounds) at Cars and Coffee in Plano at Classic BMW

12:00pm - 2:00pm at Fox & Hounds in Lewisville

3:00pm-7:00pm for CFF Car Show at Texas Motor Speedway

8:00pm - Meet in the Express Parking Lot (same parking lot we met for our laps last year) to get ready for our laps.

8:27pm - Laps for Charity beginning around (estimating 3 lines (Lanes G, H & I) at 8 minutes apart - 8:27pm, 8:34pm & 8:40 pm under the lights

I don't know how the set up will be for Saturday, but I have a 10x10 canopy that extends to 17x10 I could bring. Let me know.

Being out in the Sun all day that would really help.. We have a 10X10 canopy that will be there also. We would really appreciate it if you could bring it !!

Ok, so it will fit in my passenger seat if I lean it all the way back. Looks like its a go, good thing I am flying solo.
