my rear left toe was off more than that when went back and looked at my alignment sheet, which probable explains almost losing control off my car and swinging to the left real bad.

I should rephrase: bolt hold very well, but there is loose on sway bar and bushing( where they have contact). Please advise. Thank Tyler.

I had a similar experience a few years ago under hard acceleration and my toe link bolt had loosened off and I was getting a wiggle in the rear,
Blue loctite on the bolt and never had it again. I have since replaced the toe link with the ZL1 toe link, and it is awesome!!!

It sounds a lot like tramlining to me, where when you hit a groove in the road or get half of the tire on a ridge of different height pavement.
My car does this, sometimes it's the tires you run but running negative camber can also cause it. It looks like his camber is 0.0 which should be the case. I'm pretty sure these cars just have a tendency to tramline from what i've read.
