lowering springs question
So will the 2010 ss lowering springs fit the 2014 ss?
I was told before that the 2010 ss and v6 the lowerings where the same. So what I'm getting at is will the lowering springs off a 2010 v6 fit the 2014 ss? I have my old lowering springs from my v6. Will they fit?

They were summit racing but was told Eibach makes them. Had no issues outta my v6 with them.

They'll work. The only difference between V8 and V6 specific springs is the V6 springs will have a "dead coil" to prevent the springs from falling out of the hats at full suspension droop. Most spring manufacturers only make one set of springs universal between models.
That said, I'm not a big fan of the Eibach springs on the Camaro. We have received too many complaints of a bouncy ride. Not sure if the SR brand is any different though. Best regards, Tyler 888-308-6007 |
