Creaking sounds so loud you think you're in an old boat

So this sound started as a small squeak and eventually into a freaking creaking sound so bad that it actually makes people stare. Its kind of embarassing when you roll in with your badass 1LE and only to sound like a freaking old boat. Any idea of what it could be? I'm thinking strut mounts or sway bar bushings. Please check the youtube vid!

That is what I'm thinking, I read about the 2 different strut mounts used. I think I might have the bad ones. My car only has 28k

So I've read that there are 2 types of strut mounts, which one is the most updated version, anyone know or can point me to the right direction?
