Chevy would've sold a lot more TF Editions, had the car been a more faithful build to the Camaros we see in the TF films. for starters, they really should've used the same shade(or something very similar)yellow. they also should've called it the Bumblebee Edition and not the TF edition.

painting the Transformers Edition the color of the real Bumblebee is out of the question - the materials alone (including the special primer and tintcoats) would be in the thousands per car. Couple that with the fact that it's impossible to paint in an auto plant paint shop........

Bumblebee is a "personality" - and therefore, Hasbro would not approve using the name. They are extremely - and I do mean EXTREMELY protective of the trademark and the 'personality' - Rather, we had to use something else - and thus Transformers was chosen.
