I know a guy who put a 1950 ford 2 door body on a 1995 Thunderbird. Resto mod. At the time I owned 2 50 Merc coupes. I asked him if he would create one for me. "Way too hard to do." Was his reply. I would image the challenges involved in turning a 01 Camaro into a 70 Cuda would be difficult as well.

Looks like that 50s Ford on a Tbird is mostly Fenders

It honestly looks nice. The owner of this car wants to modify it that way and I don't see any problem with it. I find it kind of cool.
