is this the best place to install the exhaust cutouts with the arrows shown?

I'll be putting mine before the cats and moving the cats back so I can get a true open header sound.

I have heard that almost all cutouts will leak eventually, even if just a little. Will that cause any issues with the cat efficiency or O2 readings, or could it cause any codes? I ask because I have no idea and am just curious if this could be accounted for in the tune or if it's even anything to be concerned with. In other words, I could just be talking out of my ass.

The rear O2 sensors can be tuned out.

I hate asking questions or saying things like that because I don't want anyone to think I am questioning their plans or knowledge. I just like to learn what is doable and what isn't and then stick it in the back of my brain for future use lol.

About 10 ft/lbs before the flange starts to bend.
