FS: New Hoosier R-7's

I am re-powering my Z-28 with a new GM crate motor and will not track the car, I will no longer need my new stickered, heat treated Hoosier R-17's.

They are 315/19 for the Z.

Paid: $2040

Asking: $1800

Located in New Windsor NY

how many of these tires have you ran in the past? was looking at these as I'm just getting into road coursing and was hoping to get a little first hand experience

I have been running these tires for years on other various cars, mostly Porsche models.

They are very predictable and you can easily get 18 heat cycles out of them and still remain predictable. I have even run them down to the cords with good grip.

I have also run Pirelli slick and although faster, are not as predictable after 5-6 cycles (although they will last to about 12.

I am currently running R7's on my Porsche race car.

that's great information to know, I appreciate it a lot. where do you order yours from. trying to find a good deal on them. I'm probably going to do a 295 or 305 front with 325 rear

Dozens over the years. Began with R-6's, now on R-7's.
