p1071 wont go away

recently cammed did full upper motor (polished heads, new gaskets, lifters, rockers, springs, pushrods) along with long tube headers and full exhaust, check engine light came on under 50 miles after dynontune P1071 code (fuel lean bay 1) did everything from clean the cai filter, replaced MAF sensor, cleaned throttle body, no exhaust leaks, replaced spark plugs and wires checked fuel pressure with gauge (proper pressure) switched bay 1 injectors with bay 2 injectors same code. slow acceleration, misfiring, check engine light blinks then goes away repeatedly and bad idle not as smooth as right after tune ANY IDEAS
