ARH headers and tune install tonight!
Hey all, I will be spending the rest of the night tonight installing American Racing headers and getting a tune! Ill have vids up either tonight or tomorrow.
I'm excited to hear how the headers will sound with the magnaflow competition series exhaust. I have the full long tubes with an x-pipe, 2"x3" and no cats. Do you guys think it might be just a little too loud? Either way it should be awesome! Heres the first video. It's of the first start up, ill have more tomorrow probably. Can't figure out how to put videos on here so i just posted a link. Here's another. Last edited by mcdoogle6969; 04-29-2010 at 02:33 PM. |

I'm anxious to hear it too! We have ARH with SLP II exhaust. We want to get something different, more throatier and were considering Magna Flow. Can't wait for you to post some videos. Can you get one of you driving your car by the video camera so we can hear what it sounds like? Thanks!

Alright guys no tune last night because it got too late but the headers are on. I should have the videos uploaded later today, i'm getting ready for school at the moment. All i can say is HOLY SHIT THEY ARE LOUD! I was told before by someone that it would sound like a drag car, i thought they were kidding!
I may be getting mufflers added in there to try and tone it down a little because at this rate ill be getting pulled over quick...You can just roll on the gas lightly and it would wake up you're neighbors. Only problem right now is AFM sounds like crap, that will be removed shortly though. They sound AMAZING though and ill go take some more videos later and post them all up. My camera isn't the best, so i don't think the videos will give it much justice. There just isn't anything better then hearing it in person! |
