IPF supercharger pulley

Hi, all.
I have a 2012 IPF supercharged camaro V6. Few months ago, the belt of supercharger broke, and the installer says one of the pulley had a bad bearing in it causing the pulley not able to rotate anymore. Then, he replaced the new bearing and belt. Today, I went to auto repair and check my car. They found there is a dent on edge of pulley of my supercharger. I am not sure what the reason is causing the bad bearing or pulley. Is this because of the installer of supercharger, or something? he sucks? Any ideas or thoughts? I am going to have a long trip, and I just do not want the belt to break or my car break down again.

Thanks, guys!

there was a bad batch of bearing that they originally came with and ipf was supposed to send new ones to existing customers.. boco bearing makes a good replacement 6003 is the bearing make sure its abec 5 at least.. as far as belt go with a gotorback or continental same company really good belt.. as far as the pulley thats tuff to say could have been damaged when being installed who knows .. if you need another stock pulley for the charger itself 3.8 i have one has about 100 miles on it ill sell cheap

Post a picture of what you are having troubles with. A dent on the pulley wont be because of a bearing. But we can at least tell you if it could cause problems based on where its at

Few months ago, the belt just broke, and the installer says one of pulley had a bad bearing in it causing the pulley not able to rotate, and then he replaced 2 new bearings. So I thought the pulley would be fine. But I checked my car yesterday, and it seemed the pulley is not good. Not sure what problem it is. By the way, I found someone says should install the upgraded idler pulley bearings(4 of them), but I only saw there are 2 pulleys com with 2 bearings. Do I need replace 4 of them? I just contacted KPE and ordered 2 upgraded pulley, and it come with 2 bearings.

I am not sure what the price is now. My car is still in the auto repair, and waiting for the new pulleys arrived. I will tell you the price when I get the receipts. Just like the pictures I posted, I just saw there are 2 idler pulleys in the supercharger( IPF idler 1 and 2), and one pulley come with one bearing. So should be 2 pulleys and 2 bearing in total. But you says 2 pulleys and 2 bearings in each pulley, may you explain this for me? Sorry for the noob question. I just ordered 2 pulleys with upgraded design form KPE, and just want to make sure I did not miss another bearing or pulleys, and would replace all the upgraded design of pulleys.
