hi all! im new to this site and just had a question.

my vert has been sitting at the rail yard since last friday and still hasn't been delivered. distance from the rail yard to the dealership is about 30 miles. is this wait normal?

From what I have read on other posts that is not uncommon.

When I had ordered my S-10, it sat in the yard about 30 miles away for just over 2 weeks. The carhaulers were threatening a strike and they didn't want to put any cars or trucks on a carrier because if the did strike, they would be stuck on the truck somewhere.

Mine was built 1/27/11 and is still stuck in Oshawa, so at least yours is that much closer. I have no idea when mine is even going to ship let alone when I'm going to get it.

BTW, my salesman just called. It has been dropped off!!!!
But all the service guys left for the day already so I will have to wait until tomorrow. I cant wait!!

and its the service guys im waiting on to inspect it and all. they have it locked up in the garage. atleast thats what i was told! if i get there tomorrow and there is about 150 miles on the odometer then i know something terrible went on tonight!

Drove by a local dealer today and there was a black on black sitting on the lot - didn't check out the price tho. So they're finally starting to show. Another Pittsburgh dealer waiting for their's to come in said they are going to charge MSRP + $10K! yikes

Yep! I drove a vert yesterday! They are asking 3k over msrp. It was a perpect day here in the Mid-South for a drive with the top down. Mine sould be in any day! I am surprised mine was not shipped with this one since it is only about 15 min from my dealer.

My vin# is 54728. We are fairly close.i hope we get them soon. mine was built 1/26/11. i am sooooo ready!!!!

I heard about that one this morning. I took a ride out to where you got yours but they did not have the black one in yet. Who is asking $10K over msrp? I am very curious to see who I will never deal with.
